CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking an experienced Technical Supervisor to lead the delivery of maintenance and engineering services across a key client site.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day maintenance operations and technical teams.
Manage planned and reactive maintenance activities.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and statutory requirements.
Oversee subcontractors and service delivery standards.
Support continuous improvement, efficiencies, and small project works.
Act as the main technical point of contact for site stakeholders.

About You

Proven experience in a technical or engineering supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of facilities maintenance and compliance.
Experience managing teams and contractors.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills.
Customer-focused with a proactive approach to service delivery.
