We are currently seeking a highly skilled Vehicle Technician to join a reputable service centre in Tamworth.
The Vehicle Technician will play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of service and customer satisfaction that our client is known for. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced professional to develop their career within a well-established automotive operation.
The successful Vehicle Technician will benefit from a competitive basic salary of up to £35,000, with the potential to earn an OTE of £40,000 through performance bonuses.
The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00am to 5:30pm, with Saturday mornings required. A half-day off during the week enhances work-life balance, supported by ongoing training and modern diagnostic tools.

Responsibilities include:
Diagnosing and repairing vehicles with a focus on safety and efficiency,
Conducting timing belt and clutch repairs to an industry standard,
Performing routine servicing and inspections using the latest diagnostic technology,
You will communicate effectively with customers, explaining repair requirements clearly and accurately,
Work must adhere to manufacturer guidelines and industry standards.The ideal Vehicle Technician will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Vehicle Technician or Master Technician, with proven expertise in timing belt and clutch repairs. Familiarity with modern diagnostic equipment and repair technologies is essential. Excellent communication skills and a valid driving licence are also required.
