Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity in Worcester? We are currently recruiting for a full-time, long-term Teaching Assistant to support pupils within a welcoming and supportive mainstream primary school.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about education and helping children achieve their full potential. You will work closely with class teachers to provide classroom support, deliver interventions, and encourage pupil engagement across a range of year groups.

The Role:

Supporting pupils within a mainstream classroom environment
Working alongside the class teacher to deliver engaging lessons
Providing one-to-one and small group support where required
Helping pupils develop academically, socially, and emotionally
Promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment
Assisting with classroom preparation and behaviour management

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Previous experience working with children in a school setting
A positive, proactive, and adaptable approach
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
Relevant Teaching Assistant qualifications are desirable but not essential
