Innovation Manager
Cambridge (1-2 days per week, location dependant)
Up to £50,000 pro rata
6-9 Month FTC
We are working with a leading UK charity seeking an Innovation Manager to join their fundraising and innovation team on a fixed-term basis, with potential for a longer-term opportunity.
This role will focus on identifying, developing and testing new fundraising propositions and products. You'll take ideas from concept through to validation, working with real audiences to assess viability, impact and income potential. Acting as an internal innovator, you'll use a structured innovation process to turn opportunities into scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead innovation projects from idea through to testing and launch.
Develop and evaluate new fundraising products and propositions.
Conduct audience research and testing to inform decision making.
Build business cases and recommendations for new opportunities.
Work collaboratively with stakeholders across fundraising, marketing and digital teams.Your experience:
Innovation, product development or proposition development.
Taking ideas or products through a structured development process.
Customer insight, research and testing.
Project management and stakeholder engagement.This could suit someone currently working as an Innovation Officer, Product Manager, Proposition Development Manager, New Product Development professional or Fundraising Innovation specialist looking to take the next step in their career.
