Office attendance: Approximately one day per month at our clients Swindon office
The Opportunity
Our client is looking for a Technical Field Sales Executive to develop their presence across Northern England and Scotland, building relationships with customers in the Aerospace, Defence, Rail and advanced engineering sectors or their electronic requirements.
This is an opportunity to build your own territory, develop new business and grow into a technical sales career, supported by an experienced Sales Manager and engineering team.
Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers across your territory.
• Build relationships with engineering, procurement and commercial decision-makers.
• Visit customers to understand their requirements and identify opportunities.
• Develop sales opportunities from initial contact through to quotation and negotiation.
• Manage your sales pipeline and develop existing customer relationships.
• Work with engineering and production teams to deliver tailored solutions.
• Represent the company at customer meetings, exhibitions and industry events.

About You
Our client is looking for someone who is commercially minded, curious and motivated to develop new business. You would need to have experience within a similar role with exceptional electronics knowledge with the ability to build relationships, communicating with different stakeholders and working independently.
