Caerphilly (Possibility of Hybrid after probation)

Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (37.5 hrs a week)

Salary: £12.71 - £13.11 per hour (£24,784pa-£25,564 – Depending on experience)

We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a busy team in Caerphilly, providing excellent support to customers and ensuring orders and enquiries are handled efficiently.

The Role:

• Handle customer enquiries via telephone, email and fax.
• Process customer orders and provide product and technical advice.
• Resolve queries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Keep customers updated on order progress, product information and potential delays.
• Maintain accurate customer records and order information.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure deadlines are met and customers receive an excellent service.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous customer service experience ideally within the Optical industry, but this is not essential.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
• A calm, positive approach to handling complaints and challenging situations.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work to deadlines.
• A team player who can build effective working relationships.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
