Chartered Building Surveyor

£52,000–£62,000 + 15% contractual over-target bonus (realistic e.g. £15,000–£35,000 + benefits)

This is a permanent, full-time role. The position covers commercial project and professional building surveying instructions, with independent delivery responsibility and senior review on larger commissions.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial refurbishment projects and contract administration instructions.
• Lead project management commissions through procurement, delivery and completion.
• Prepare technical due diligence reports for commercial property clients.
• Advise landlords and tenants on dilapidations matters.
• Manage client communication, technical reporting and fee-earning instructions.

Requirements

• MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor.
• Commercial building surveying consultancy experience.
• Contract administration and project management experience.
• Technical due diligence and dilapidations experience.
• Experience delivering commercial surveying instructions independently.

Salary & Package

• £52,000 - £62,000 base salary.
• Contractual 15% over-target bonus (demonstrated annual bonus payments of £15,000-£35,000.)
