SF Recruitment are working with an established business to recruit a Senior HR Administrator to join their HR team.

This role would suit an experienced HR Administrator who enjoys the operational and systems side of HR and wants to take ownership of making sure the function runs efficiently.

The business is looking for someone who can bring structure, accuracy and consistency to its HR administration, while also identifying opportunities to improve processes and make better use of its existing HR system.

This isn't a stepping stone into an HR Advisor role. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys HR administration, wants to develop their expertise in this area and is confident taking the lead on administrative processes and improvements.

Key Duties:

Taking ownership of day-to-day HR administration and ensuring processes are completed accurately and efficiently
Maintaining employee records and ensuring information held on the HR system is accurate and up to date
Identifying opportunities to improve, streamline and automate HR administration processes
Making better use of the existing HRIS to reduce manual administration and improve efficiency
Supporting the wider HR team with employee documentation and administrative requirements
Reviewing existing processes and introducing more effective ways of working
Ensuring HR documentation, records and systems are maintained to a high standard
Acting as a key point of contact for HR administration and system-related queries
Supporting consistent and effective HR processes across the business

What we're looking for:

-Previous HR administration experience is essential
-Hands-on experience using HR systems / HRIS is essential

Strong understanding of HR administrative processes and the importance of accuracy and compliance
Confidence identifying opportunities to improve systems and ways of working
An interest in automation, process improvement and making better use of HR technology
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
A proactive approach, with the confidence to take ownership and suggest improvements
Someone who enjoys HR administration and wants to build a long-term career within this specialism

This is a good opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator who wants more responsibility and ownership without necessarily moving into an advisory or generalist HR role.
