Location: Belfast
Salary: £30,000- £40,000 dep on experience , plus commission.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 8.30am – 5.00pm
• Every third Saturday: 9.30am – 12.30pm
• Full clean driving licence required

They are now seeking an experienced and motivated Estate Agent to join the growing team.

The Role

As an Estate Agent, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management and marketing of properties, providing a professional and personable service to both landlords and tenants.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing property paperwork and marketing materials
• Advertising properties across all major property portals and social media platforms
• Conducting accompanied property viewings
• Negotiating tenancy terms, rental values, and furnishings
• Registering landlords and managing security deposits
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients

Essential Criteria

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Property / Estate Agency role
• Clean UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
