Is comfortable carrying out repetitive tasks and following structured processes
Can follow written procedures and instructions consistently
Is organised and confident completing documentation
Understands the importance of quality, accuracy and compliance
Works well within a structured, regulated environment
Is reliable, motivated and willing to learn
