Reception Team Leader – Corporate Hospitality

Edinburgh | £33,000 | Monday–Friday | Permanent

ETAB-Recruits is recruiting an experienced Reception Team Leader for a prestigious corporate hospitality environment in Edinburgh.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident, service-driven hospitality professional who enjoys leading a team, delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of front-of-house service.

We are particularly interested in candidates from luxury hotels, premium corporate reception, airlines, guest services or other high-end hospitality environments.

The role

• Lead, motivate and support a professional reception team.
• Ensure every guest receives a warm, polished and memorable welcome.
• Maintain exceptional standards across reception and meeting room services.
• Build positive working relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Coordinate meeting room bookings, refreshments and audiovisual requirements.
• Support team rotas, onboarding and performance development.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and guest experience.

About you

• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience in a premium service environment.
• A strong background in reception, hospitality or guest services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A professional appearance and confident, welcoming manner.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• A hands-on leadership approach and a genuine passion for customer service.

What's on offer?

• £33,000 annual salary.
• Permanent, full-time employment.
• 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, on a shift rota between 7am and 8pm.
