Quantity Surveyor

A close-knit Quantity Surveying consultancy with a vibrant client base is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join its new North London office.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a team of four other Quantity Surveyors, working together to deliver a range of high-end projects, predominantly fit-out, across the retail, leisure, hospitality, and high-end residential sectors.

The Directors are looking for a Quantity Surveyor who is comfortable working within a small team, enjoys client-facing situations, and can take ownership of projects with support from the Directors when required.

This is an ideal opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor looking to take on greater responsibility, benefit from long-term career progression, and potentially progress into a Director-level position in the future.

The Quantity Surveyor

Completed a Quantity Surveying degree
Minimum of 3 years' quantity surveying experience
Worked for a QS consultancy / cost management practice
Comfortable working in a small Quantity Surveying team
Pre and post contract experienceIn Return?

£45,000 - £60,000
