Repairs Supervisor | Social Housing Maintenance

Salary: £25-£28 Per hour
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent

A key client of ours are currently looking for Repairs Supervisors to oversee responsive repairs and maintenance works within occupied social housing properties.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established business, with the potential to secure a permanent position following an initial temporary period.

The Role

Supervising day-to-day repairs and maintenance works within occupied properties
Managing operatives and subcontractors
Ensuring works are completed safely, on time and to the required standard
Carrying out site visits, quality inspections and progress checks
Liaising with residents, clients and internal teams
Monitoring productivity and resolving issues on site
Ensuring excellent customer service is maintained throughout the repair process
Supporting contract performance and operational targets

Requirements

Previous experience supervising repairs and maintenance contracts is essential
Experience working within occupied social housing properties
Strong knowledge of reactive repairs and maintenance
Excellent communication and organisational skills
CSCS Card beneficial
SSSTS, SMSTS or IOSH desirable
Full UK Driving Licence preferred
