- Work closely with Operations, Production Kitchens and Chefs on continuous improvement
- Coach operational teams to strengthen ownership of Food Safety and develop the wider Food Safety culture
- Support departmental KPIs, audits and regulatory standards
- Deputise for the Technical Manager when required
What We’re Looking For
We’re keen to speak with Quality professionals who bring:
- Previous Quality Manager / senior Quality experience within food manufacturing or foodservice
- Strong experience with Ready-to-Eat products
- Excellent working knowledge of BRCGS or another GFSI recognised standard
- HACCP and Food Safety Level 3 or above
- Strong QMS, auditing, allergen and compliance experience
- Proven people leadership and team development capability
- The confidence to work closely with Operations and Chefs
- A practical, hands-on approach to Food Safety and continuous improvement
- A genuine appetite to drive change and improvement

You’ll be joining at a time of genuine change, with the opportunity to influence standards, develop people and make a visible impact across the operation.
