Teaching Assistants & Support Staff – WF5 Ossett Cluster (IP MAT) Gawthorpe Primary & Towngate Primary | Immediate Start Opportunities

The Supply Register is recruiting Teaching Assistants, SEN TAs, EYFS Practitioners and HLTAs to support Gawthorpe Primary and Towngate Primary in Ossett.

Roles available include flexible supply, short‑term cover and long‑term placements.

What the role involves:

Supporting pupils in class, small groups or 1:1

Assisting teachers with learning activities and classroom routines

Helping pupils with reading, writing, phonics and core subjects

Supporting children with SEND, including Autism, ADHD or SEMH needs

Encouraging positive behaviour, engagement and independence

Creating a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment

We’re looking for:

Experience supporting children

SEN / EYFS / TA background welcomed

Strong communication skills

Reliable, adaptable and enthusiastic

Passion for helping pupils progress
