The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a quality restaurant.
• A genuine passion for Mediterranean cuisine, fresh ingredients and great food.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a kitchen team.
• High standards of food quality, presentation and kitchen organisation.
• A hands-on approach, positive attitude and a desire to keep learning and developing.
