ESTIMATOR – SOUTH WEST LONDON

Client

A large, established and professional company based in South West London specialising in high spec construction.

The Role & Responsibilities:

• Prepare work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
• Identify labour, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents.
• Compute costs by analysing labour, material, and time requirements.
• Accessing, uploading, archiving and downloading documents.
• Knowledge of sourcing supplies, obtaining quotes and negotiating prices.
• Raising Purchase orders
• Ability to input and present data
• Day to day administration
• An excellent written and verbal command of the English language.

Ideal Candidate

Qualifications:

• An industry applicable degree qualification.
• Proven track record from similar sector specific organisations.

Individual:

• Experience working as an Estimator or Senior Estimator
• Able to work as part of a team.
• Previous UK Construction experience is preferred.
• Ability to manage the sub-contractors on site
• Strong work ethic
• An excellent communicator.
• Have strong commercial awareness.
• Good IT knowledge
