Quality Auditor – Food Manufacturing

Hours: 06:00–18:00
Shifts: Sunday–Tuesday or Sunday–Wednesday

We are looking for a Quality Auditor to join a busy food manufacturing environment.

Requirements:

• Previous food manufacturing experience, ideally in Quality Assurance, Quality Control or Food Safety.
• Good knowledge of GMP, hygiene, allergen control and food safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping skills.
• Good communication skills and confidence working independently.
• Microsoft Office experience is desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out GMP and hygiene audits.
• Completing production start-up and quality checks.
• Conducting product assessments and taste panels.
• Performing allergen verification and environmental monitoring.
• Maintaining quality documentation and supporting corrective actions.
• Working with production teams to ensure food safety and quality standards are met.
