Craft Attendant Jointer -Maidstone

Join UK Power Networks as a Craft Attendant Jointer and play a key role in maintaining and improving the electricity network that serves homes and businesses across Kent. Based in Maidstone, you'll be involved in a wide range of activities including fault location and repairs on the LV underground network, connecting new supplies, supporting network alterations and delivering customer-driven projects. This is a hands-on operational role where safety, teamwork and customer service are at the heart of everything you do, offering the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals while developing valuable technical skills.

We're looking for practical, motivated individuals who enjoy problem-solving, working outdoors and being part of a close-knit team. Previous electrical or cable jointing experience would be beneficial, but training and development support will be provided, including working towards industry-recognised qualifications where required. In return, you'll receive a salary of £34,726 t 3% bonus, 25 days' annual leave plus bank holidays, a generous pension scheme and a wide range of flexible benefits.
