Painter Required

Working Hours

• 8 hours per day
• Shift: 8:00am - 4:30pm (Half an hour unpaid break)
• Daily reporting time: 7:30am

Role Responsibilities

• Filling, sanding and painting fire rated timber leaf/frame as required (FD30 / FD60). After remedial works/ installation works
• Maintaining clean, compliant work areas.
• Following instructions from the site manager and working neatly with floor protection.
• Uploading clear photos of completed works as required.

Certificates Required

• CSCS
• Asbestos Awareness
• Working at Height
• Evidence of previous work on fire rated doors (preferred)

Tools Required - Painter
General Painting Tools:

• Rollers, brushes, trays
• Filling knives and scrapers
• Sanding blocks
• Caulking gun
• Cleaning materials

Specialist Tools:

• Electric sander (mandatory)
• Dust extractor (mandatory)
• Vacuum cleaner (industrial preferred)

Minimum door painting expectation - 6-8 doors/frame a day: full redecoration
