Production Planner (DV Clearance)

Production Planner (x10) - DV Cleared - On-site (Aldermaston & Burghfield) - 18-month contract (Inside IR35)

We're recruiting 10 Production Planners for a high-profile programme, working on-site only across Aldermaston and Burghfield (no remote working). Active DV Clearance is required.

Role: Production Planner (x10)

Location: Aldermaston & Burghfield - full time on-site attendance required

Contract: 18 months

Engagement: Inside IR35

Rate: Negotiable dependent on experience.

Systems: SAP plus strong understanding of ERP / MRP2

Key responsibilities

Create and maintain Rough Cut Capacity Planning models.

Develop and detail methods of manufacture in line with tasking, balancing time, cost and quality.

Keep the local MRP system accurate and up to date.

Plan and release customer requirements to Manufacturing/Operations within required timescales.

Produce manufacturing cost estimates and challenge operational times where appropriate.

Ensure compliance with inventory control processes.

Apply Lean Planning and Production Control tools (visual management, Kanban, push/pull).

Bring proven experience from an operational, production, and/or supply chain environment.
