Senior Site Manager – Luxury Residential
Location: Mayfair, London
Salary: £65,000 – £80,000
Project: c.£5m Penthouse Fit Out & Refurbishment
🟧 Senior Site Manager required to lead a prestigious c.£5m penthouse fit out and refurbishment project in the heart of Mayfair.
🟧 The successful candidate will take responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of the project, managing the site team, subcontractors, programme, quality and health & safety.
🟧 Previous luxury residential experience is essential, ideally with experience delivering high-end apartments, penthouses or similar prime residential projects.
🟧 Strong site management experience with the ability to lead a complex, high-specification project from start to completion.
🟧 Excellent opportunity to work on a prestigious Mayfair project with a salary of £65,000 – £80,000, depending on experience
