Sub Agent - Major Civils

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sub Agent to support the construction fit out on a large infrastructure project.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in major construction and infrastructure projects, with extensive experience in reinforced concrete, structural works, temporary works and architectural fit-out.

Key Experience

Minimum 10 years' construction industry experience
Minimum 5 years' experience working as a Sub Agent
Construction fit-out experience
Reinforced concrete and drainage
Concrete walls and slabs
Structural steel
Temporary works
Architectural fit-out
Shafts and headhouses
Strong understanding of construction methodology, sequencing and site delivery

Required Qualifications

SMSTS
CSCS
Strong site-based construction management experience

Contract Details

IR35 Status: Inside IR35
Attendance: 5 days per week onsite
