Account Manager - Customer Relationship & Support

Salary: £30,000 - £31,000 + Bonus
Location: Poole, Dorset
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm
Job Type: Full-Time | Permanent | Office-Based

TeamJobs are recruiting for Account Managers to join a successful and growing business based in Poole.

This isn't a traditional sales role! We're looking for someone who enjoys building customer relationships, solving problems and managing multiple priorities in a busy, fast-paced environment.

What you'll be doing:

Managing and maintaining relationships with existing customers.

Responding to enquiries via email, telephone and Teams.

Handling quotations, orders and delivery enquiries.

Proactively resolving customer issues and finding solutions.

Liaising with internal departments to ensure excellent service.

Updating CRM systems and maintaining accurate records.

Managing multiple tasks and prioritising workloads.

What we're looking for:

Experience in Account Management, Customer Service, Sales Support or Administration.

Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.

Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

Confident IT skills and experience using multiple systems.

A proactive, solutions-focused approach.

Resilience, initiative and excellent attention to detail.
