Description

The key responsibilities for the CRM Manager role will include:

Manage and maintain the company's CRM systems to ensure effective functionality. The CRM is built from Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Analyse customer data to identify trends and opportunities for business improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM strategies with broader business goals.
Develop and implement campaigns to improve customer engagement and retention.
Provide training and support to staff on CRM tools and best practices.
Monitor CRM performance metrics and prepare regular reports for key stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
Identify and recommend system upgrades or changes to enhance efficiency.Profile

For the CRM Manager role, a successful candidate should have the below experience:

• 3-4+ years experience in a CRM and/or marketing automation focused role.
• Experience with common CRM platforms will be considered, including Hubspot, and MS Dynamics.
• Experience working in a B2C or D2C industry is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret customer data effectively.
• Ability to collaborate with various teams to drive CRM initiatives.
• Knowledge of data protection and privacy regulations.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Job Offer

Salary range: Up to £50K - experience dependent.
Hybrid working arrangement with 4 days on-site in Leeds
