We’re looking for someone who is confident, organised and able to build strong relationships across different teams. Ideally, you’ll have:

• Experience in a People/HR Advisor role
• CIPD Level 3 (essential), ideally working towards Level 5
• Solid ER experience, managing cases independently from start to finish
• A good understanding of employment law and HR best practice
• Experience across recruitment, onboarding and retention
• Strong IT capability, including HR systems and data reporting
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and support managers
• Resilience, good judgement and the ability to work calmly under pressure
• Experience in social care, healthcare or another regulated environment (helpful but not essential)

You’ll be joining an organisation that genuinely values its people and offers a supportive, flexible working culture. Benefits include:

• Hybrid and flexible working
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays
• Enhanced pension and sick pay
• Life assurance
• Healthcare cash plan
• Wellbeing support
• A positive, purpose‑driven working environment
