Staff Nurse RGN

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Staff Nurse- RGN to join a friendly and supportive nursing home team.

The Role for Staff Nurse- RGN

• Staff Nurse position within a nursing home environment
• Day and night shifts available
• Candidates must be flexible regarding working hours
• Providing high-quality, person-centred nursing care to residents
• Working closely with the wider care and nursing team
• Maintaining accurate clinical records and documentation
• Supporting residents with their individual care needs

About You

The successful Staff Nurse- RGN will have:

• Valid NMC PIN – essential
• Previous experience working as a nurse within a nursing home or care home – essential
• Good knowledge of elderly care and person-centred care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A caring, professional and reliable approach
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work day and night shifts

Important

A valid NMC PIN and previous nursing home experience are essential for this position.
