About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join a close-knit, dedicated ER team. Ability to work independently and use your own initiative, while also being a strong team player
Excellent communication skills and confidence dealing with a range of colleagues and managers
A proactive, adaptable approach - no two cases are the same, and there's plenty of variety in this role
CIPD level 3 qualification (or working towards) desirable
What's On Offer
Salary up to £33,000
Fully funded CIPD Level 5 qualification, including paid time off to study
