3.5 Tonne Delivery Driver

Daley Recruitment are currently recruiting experienced Van Multi-Drop Drivers to join a well-established food distribution company based in Park Royal.

This is a great opportunity for reliable, experienced drivers looking for regular Monday-to-Friday work with occasional Saturdays, early finishes and the opportunity to secure a permanent position.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday
2 Saturdays per month
05:00 – 13:30
30-minute break
Minimum 8 hours per day
The Role

As a Van Multi-Drop Driver, you will be responsible for delivering food products to customers across London, including the City.

Your duties will include:

Loading a temperature-controlled vehicle
Completing up to 25 deliveries per day
Delivering to high-end customers across London
Delivering boxes and sacks of food, with a maximum weight of 25kg
Carrying out daily vehicle safety checks and reporting any defects
Completing an end-of-shift debrief

The following experience would be an advantage:

Previous experience within the food distribution industry
Experience driving a temperature-controlled vehicle
Previous experience delivering to customers across London and the City
Multi-drop delivery experience
Essential Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must:

Hold a full UK Category B driving licence for at least 2 years
Have no more than 6 points on your licence
Be aged 25 or over due to insurance requirements
Have at least 9 months' experience driving a LWB van within the last 12 months
Have a good knowledge of London
Be reliable, professional and customer-focused

Please note there is no parking available on site so this must be considered when thinking about commuting to work each day.
