Level 3 Early Years Educator

Innovation Training & Recruitment are currently looking for a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Early Years Educator to join a welcoming early years setting in Waterloo (L22).
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Early Years Educator who enjoys creating a positive, nurturing environment where young children can learn, develop and thrive.

The Role
As a Level 3 Early Years Educator, you will:
Provide high-quality care and education for children in the early years.
Plan and support engaging, age-appropriate activities.
Support children's learning and development in line with the EYFS.
Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
Promote children's emotional, social and physical development.
Maintain a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment.
Observe, assess and record children's progress.
Follow safeguarding and child protection procedures.
Work effectively as part of a supportive team.

About You
We are looking for someone who:
Holds a Level 3 Early Years / Childcare qualification.
Has experience working with children in an early years setting
Has a genuine passion for supporting children's development.
Understands the EYFS framework.
Has strong communication and teamwork skills.
Is reliable, caring and enthusiastic.
Has a good understanding of safeguarding.
Can build positive relationships with children and families.
