Are you a Family Solicitor at NQ–2 PQE looking for a role where you can develop your career, build your own experience and work alongside a supportive and experienced team?

I’m working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm that is looking to add a Family Solicitor to its growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has gained a solid grounding in family law and is now looking for their next step. You’ll have the opportunity to work on a varied caseload while developing your technical skills and client relationships in a supportive environment.

The Role

You’ll be involved in a broad range of family matters, including:

Divorce and separation
Financial matters
Private children matters
Cohabitation and relationship breakdown
Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
Providing clear, practical advice to clients throughout their matter
Managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision and support

About You

The ideal candidate will be:

NQ–2 PQE
Qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales
Ideally have experience within a Family department
Commercially minded and committed to providing excellent client service
Confident communicating with clients and building strong relationships
Organised and able to manage a caseload effectively
Keen to learn and develop within a supportive team
This would particularly suit an ambitious NQ or junior Family Solicitor who wants to join a firm where they can genuinely build their career rather than simply being another fee earner.
