Junior Marketing Assistant (Promotions)

Location: Glasgow | Job Type: Full-Time | Salary: OTE £600–£750 per week

About the Role

Fancy a career where no two days are the same? We're on the hunt for a bubbly, ambitious Junior Marketing Assistant to help bring our brand to life on the doorsteps of Glasgow. It's a hands-on introduction to the world of marketing and promotions — perfect if you love chatting to people, thinking on your feet, and seeing your hard work translate straight into your pay packet. No experience needed; we'll teach you everything.

A Day in the Life

• Getting out and about across Glasgow, introducing local residents to our brand
• Bringing campaigns to life through genuine, friendly conversations
• Winning people over with your personality and product knowledge
• Turning curiosity into real results — sign-ups, interest, and sales
• Planning your own route and diary each day
• Watching your earnings grow in line with what you achieve
• Sharing what's working (and what's not) with the wider team to help shape future campaigns

You'll Thrive Here If You're...

• A natural talker who isn't fazed by knocking on a stranger's door
• Independent and organised enough to run your own day
• Thick-skinned enough to shrug off a "no thanks" and move on to the next
• Motivated by uncapped, performance-based earnings
• A driver with your own transport (preferred, not essential)
• New to marketing and looking for a role that'll actually teach you the ropes

Why Join Us

• Uncapped commission-only earnings, OTE £600–£750/week
• Full training from day one, plus ongoing coaching
• Total flexibility over how you plan your working day
• A genuine path into senior promotions or marketing roles
• A close, supportive team based right here in Glasgow
