Labourer – Property Maintenance

Example Recruitment Group is currently recruiting for a reliable Labourer to work with an established property maintenance company in the Darlington area.

The role will involve supporting tradespeople with day-to-day maintenance and repair works across properties, ensuring jobs are completed safely and efficiently.

Duties will include:

• Assisting tradespeople with general maintenance works
• Moving materials, tools and equipment
• Basic labouring and minor maintenance tasks
• Preparing and clearing work areas
• Keeping sites clean, tidy and safe
• Loading/unloading materials and disposing of waste
• Following all Health & Safety procedures
• Working professionally within occupied and void properties

Requirements:

• Previous labouring or maintenance experience preferred
• Good practical ability and strong work ethic
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable working as part of a maintenance team
• CSCS advantageous but not essential depending on experience
