Property Compliance Manager - Temp to Perm
📍 Tunbridge Wells, Kent £159 per day / £40-£42k per annum equivalent ⏰ Full-time | Temp to Perm
We're looking for an experienced Property Compliance Manager to join a busy housing team, leading on damp, mould and other property hazards covered by Awaab's Law.
The Role
Manage cases relating to damp, mould and property hazards from report through to resolution.
Lead and support a small team of Property Officers and a Property Coordinator.
Coordinate with repairs and surveying teams to ensure issues are dealt with promptly.
Review repeat repairs and escalate cases requiring further investigation.
Monitor KPIs, maintain accurate records and support audits.
Act as a key point of contact for resident queries and complaints.
Provide clear advice to residents and ensure excellent customer service.
Support continuous improvement and compliance with Awaab's Law.
About You
Experience in property compliance, housing, case management or a similar role.
Strong understanding of risk management and the ability to prioritise cases.
Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
Confident managing challenging situations and customer complaints.
Ability to lead, motivate and support a small team.
Comfortable working independently and managing competing priorities.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle required.This is a great opportunity to secure a temp-to-perm position in a key property compliance role.
