Maintenance Supervisor

Catch 22 are recruiting for a Maintenance Supervisor to join a well-established healthcare facility in Edinburgh on a temporary ongoing.

This is a great opportunity to take on a varied role within a values-led organisation where the quality, safety and reliability of the environment is critical to the people who use it every day. You'll lead a small maintenance team, manage contractors and oversee both planned and reactive maintenance across the site.

Key Duties

Supervising maintenance staff and contractors
Managing PPM and reactive maintenance activities
Supporting health & safety and compliance across the site
Coordinating statutory inspections and testing
Monitoring building services, plant and equipment
Supporting the upkeep of the grounds and wider estate
About You

Previous maintenance supervisory experience
Good understanding of building maintenance and compliance
Experience managing contractors and maintenance schedules
Mechanical, electrical or general building services background - Minimum of NVQ 3 Level is a must have
Strong communication and organisational skills
Able to start immediately and happy working on a temporary on going basis
Must be able to drive
This is a temporary role that offers a salary of around £42,000 per annum and the chance to join a respected and purpose-led organisation where your work will have a real impact, with the opportunity to move into a permanent position in the future.
