Kitchen Porter, Kitchen Assistant with DBS

Kitchen Porters, Kitchen Assistants and General Assistant with Enhanced DBS needed to work at schools across the Slough area.

Previous kitchen experience is desirable; however, candidates with cleaning, housekeeping, domestic or general assistant experience are also welcome to apply.

We offer:

• Various shifts available
• Flexible working hours
• Shift booking application (app)
• Shifts with minimum rate of £12.71 per hour
• Weekly payment

Main Duties include:

• Serving meals to pupils.
• Washing up, cleaning and clearing all kitchen areas and equipment.
• Helping prepare meals for children with allergies or special dietary requirements, following instructions carefully.
• Unloading and putting away deliveries.
• Emptying bins, sweeping and mopping floors.
• Ensuring all equipment is clean and put away correctly.
• Deep cleaning fridges and storerooms to maintain sanitary and kitchen safety standards.
