Forklift Counterbalance Operator – Bilston
Owen Payne Recruitment are currently recruiting for experienced Forklift Operators to join a growing team based in Bilston (WV14).
This is a 12-week temporary-to-permanent opportunity for the right candidate, offering the potential for a long-term position within a successful and expanding company.

** Important: A valid in-date, accredited Forklift Counterbalance licence is essential along with previous experience working with large lengths of Steel and Operating Overhead Cranes ***

Key Duties:

Operate Counterbalance FLT and overhead crane
Manage Goods In/Out processes
Supporting the Factory with general Factory duties
Support production with material movement
Maintain stock records using MRP system
General admin and housekeeping duties
Work closely with production and other departments

Position 1 – Day Shifts:

Hours of Work - Monday to Thursday: 07:00–15:45 & Friday: 07:00–13:00
Pay - £14.38 per hour

OR
Position 2 – Afternoon Shifts:

Hours of Work - Monday to Thursday: 15:30 till 01:15
Pay - £14.38 per hour + £25.00 daily shift allowance

Requirements:

FLT Counterbalance licence (in-date & accredited licence is required)
Overhead crane experience (required)
Experience handling large lengths of steel
MRP / inventory knowledge
Manufacturing background
Basic IT skills
