Ready to lead an established specialist service? Forest Care Selection is seeking a Registered Manager for a learning disability service in the Keighley area, with a national specialist provider.

Lead an established team delivering specialist care and support to people with autism—and keep driving standards forward.

Your role

• Run the established service, maintaining statutory and regulatory compliance while overseeing recruitment, training and administration.
• Build strong relationships with local stakeholders and families.
• Use effective auditing to drive continuous improvement across the service.

What you’ll bring

• Experience holding registration for community care or supported living services.
• A track record of developing services to Good ratings.
• Experience leading specialist learning disability or autism services.
• A Level 5 Health and Social Care qualification or equivalent leadership qualification.
