R&D Laboratory Assistant

What You’ll Do

• Complete formulation worksheets and documentation with accuracy and attention to safety.
• Support the development of speciality products and prepare samples for customers.
• Carry out analysis using a variety of laboratory testing equipment.
• Record and maintain data relating to test results and product development.
• Keep databases and technical documents up to date and well organised.
• Calibrate laboratory equipment and ensure everything is running at its best.
• Maintain excellent housekeeping standards across the lab.
• Work safely and follow all quality procedures, reporting issues and supporting corrective actions.

• Experience in a laboratory.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks at once.
• Confidence interacting with colleagues at all levels.
• Computer literacy
