We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join us for a 12 month fixed-term contract to cover a period of maternity leave, working Monday – Friday, 8:00 - 16:00.

The Role

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day Technical Returns operation at our Wellingborough site, specifically within the Samsung contract.

You will manage warehouse resources, allocate tasks and monitor team performance, while overseeing the safe receipt and handling of inbound stock. You will also lead the High Value Returns Team, ensuring KPIs, SLAs and customer requirements are achieved.

Ensuring customer expectations and service levels are consistently met, you will support, train and develop team members while maintaining high standards of health, safety and operational performance.

Additionally, you will:

• Host operational morning meetings
• Monitor stock discrepancies and product handling
• Review and update SWIs and SSoWs

About You

To be considered as a Warehouse Supervisor, you will need:

• Proven experience working within a warehouse and/or logistics environment
• Excellent team leadership skills, with experience managing 20+ employees
• Experience of HR processes
• An awareness of manual handling techniques
• Good IT skills, including use of Microsoft Office packages
• The ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Good communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
