As a Production Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Direct all shop floor operations, leading production and personnel to deliver safe, high-quality products to schedule
Plan and schedule production to hit targets and meet customer expectations
Optimise people, equipment and materials to keep the operation running efficiently
Lead, supervise and develop the production workforce, strengthening a positive site culture
Uphold quality and health and safety standards, driving continuous improvement across the floor
Control costs against budget and work with stakeholders at all levels to resolve issues and streamline workflows
As a Production Manager, your experience will include:

An Engineering, Manufacturing or Operations degree, or equivalent practical experience
At least 3 to 5 years in a production management role
A background in manufacturing or production
Strong leadership, management and communication skills
Good Excel skills and working knowledge of ERP and production planning software
