Location: 2 Greenmarket, Dundee, DD1 4BX

Pay Rates: £13.97 - £32.55 per hour (depending on shift pattern)

Full-Time: 37.5 Hours per Week

Shift Pattern:

You will work a 4-week rotating shift pattern, consisting of:

2 weeks of earlies: 06:00 - 17:00 followed by 2 weeks of lates: 12:00 - 23:00

2 weeks of earlies: 08:00 - 19:00 followed by 2 weeks of lates: 12:00 - 23:00

You will work 5 days out of 7, averaging 7.5 hours per day. Please note that each shift includes an unpaid 30-minute break. As the rota operates across all seven days of the week, flexibility is required.

Please note:

Our client operates 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. As a result, your scheduled shifts may fall on public or bank holidays including Christmas & New Year. Unless you have pre-booked annual leave approved, you may be required to work on these days, with enhanced rates of pay available where applicable

The Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers requiring support. You'll remain calm under pressure, gather key information and ensure callers are connected to the appropriate service quickly and accurately.

Training & Development:

Full time training (37.5 hours paid) Mon - Fri for the first 4 weeks before moving onto your preferred shift pattern.

Weeks 1 & 2: 09:00 - 17:45

Weeks 3 & 4: 10:00 - 18:45
