JOB PURPOSE

The Administration Assistant will provide support to the team to ensure a smooth and efficient running of the warehouse office

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Answering calls from external and internal customers.
• Dealing with warehouse queries in an effective and efficient manner.
• Completion of filing and archiving as required.
• General administration duties.
• Any other ad-hoc duties where time permits and as required.
• Inputting, updating and maintaining accurate information on current operating systems.
• Assist with scanning and copying of documents.
• Co-ordination and distribution of incoming emails on a regular basis.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

• Knowledge of Excel and Word required.
• Excellent time management.
• Focussed on attention to detail and well organised.
• A proactive and optimistic attitude.
• Adaptable to the various tasks required and a team player.
• Well presented, reliable and punctual.
