Oakley Recruitment is working in partnership with an expanding organisation based in Tamworth. This is an excellent opportunity to join the team as an Administration Collector on a full-time permanent basis.

Job Role

• Managing a portfolio of cases and associated administration
• Corresponding with debtors by email and post
• Requesting and reviewing supporting information relating to debtor circumstances
• Completing company and online searches to find and verify contact information
• Making occasional outbound calls and handling inbound calls where required
• Maintaining accurate case records and progressing cases in line with company processes

Skills and Experience

• Previous experience within customer service, complaints or a similar environment
• Strong administration and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Confident written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage and prioritise your own workload
• Self-motivated, proactive and driven
• Understanding of the importance of following processes and policies
