Domiciliary Care Assistant

Prime Healthcare are currently recruiting Female Healthcare Assistants / Care Assistants to support our clients across Sunderland.

We are looking for reliable, caring, and experienced female carers who are looking for regular domiciliary care work and want the opportunity to build a consistent working pattern.

The Role

You will be supporting individuals in their own homes, providing high-quality, person-centred care and helping them maintain their independence.

Duties may include:

• Personal care and support with daily living
• Supporting with medication
• Meal preparation
• Moving and handling
• Supporting with appointments and community activities
• Domestic support where required
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Working as part of a wider care team

What We're Looking For

• Female Healthcare Assistant / Care Assistant
• Previous experience in domiciliary care is preferred
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle – essential
• Reliable and committed
• Comfortable working independently in people's homes
• Good communication skills
• Caring and professional approach
• Right to work in the UK
• Willing to complete all required compliance and training
