The key responsibilities for the Marketing Manager role will include:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to support business objectives.
Manage campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with brand goals.
Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including digital and print content.
Analyse market trends and competitor activity to refine strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
Manage budgets and track ROI for marketing initiatives.
Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for specialised projects.
Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports for stakeholders.Profile
A successful Marketing Manager should have:
3-4+ years experience in Marketing - ideally in a complex B2B setting.
A previous track record in a management level marketing role. Ideally you have been the most senior person in marketing in an in-house setting.
Proven experience in marketing within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
Team leadership experience is ideal, but not essential.
Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing strategies.
Excellent project management and organisational skills.
Ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable plans.
Proficiency with marketing tools and software.

Salary ranging from £48,000 to £55,000, dependent on the level of experience.
Hybrid working arrangement for added flexibility - following an initial embedding period 5 days on-site.
