Business Development Manager (Invoice Finance)

If you’re an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in invoice finance sales, this role offers the opportunity to grow new business across an established UK alternative finance business. You’ll have real ownership of your territory, building relationships with brokers, introducers and SME business owners.

You’ll develop an established market presence while shaping new introducer relationships and converting quality opportunities into completed funding solutions. The role combines relationship management, commercial development and structured invoice finance sales.

About the Company
You’ll join a UK-based alternative finance business specialising in invoice finance, supporting SMEs with tailored funding solutions. The business operates through relationships with introducers, brokers and business owners across the UK.

Key Responsibilities
• Build and develop a strong network of brokers, introducers and professional intermediaries within your territory.
• Generate and manage new invoice finance opportunities from initial introduction through to completion.
• Structure and package invoice finance proposals alongside internal credit and underwriting teams.
• Grow the regional lending book by developing quality opportunities and strengthening market relationships.

About You
• Proven experience in invoice finance sales.
• Established experience building and developing broker and introducer networks.
• Experience managing new business opportunities through to completion.
