Demolition Site Manager

DEMOLITION SITE MANAGER WANTED 🚧

We're currently looking for an experienced Demolition Site Manager to join a growing demolition contractor with a strong pipeline of projects across the UK.

This is a great opportunity for someone with solid experience delivering demolition, dismantling and enabling works to step into a key role within an expanding team.

You'll be responsible for:

Managing demolition projects safely and efficiently

Coordinating site teams, subcontractors and plant

Ensuring works are delivered to programme

Maintaining high standards of Health & Safety

Overseeing quality and environmental compliance

Liaising with project managers, clients and operational teams

Managing complex demolition and enabling works from start through to completion

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Demolition Site Manager

Strong demolition / dismantling background

SMSTS

CSCS

First Aid

CCDO qualifications advantageous

Strong leadership and site management experience
