VEHICLE TECHNICIAN
Location: Evesham
Basic Salary: Up to £35,000 DOE
OTE: Up to £41,000 + Benefits
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm + 1 in 3 Saturdays

THE ROLE
As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out high-quality servicing, maintenance, diagnostic and repair work while ensuring all vehicles are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
·Carrying out servicing, maintenance and repair work
·Diagnosing mechanical, electrical and electronic faults
·Using manufacturer diagnostic equipment and systems
·Completing vehicle inspections and identifying additional work where required
·Carrying out repairs efficiently and to manufacturer standards
·Working towards productivity and efficiency targets
·Accurately completing job cards and workshop documentation
·Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety and manufacturer standards
·Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
·Working closely with the wider workshop and aftersales team

ABOUT YOU
We're looking for an experienced Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic / Automotive Technician with:
·Previous experience working as a Vehicle Technician within the automotive industry
·NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
·Strong servicing, maintenance and diagnostic skills
·The ability to carry out mechanical and electrical repairs to a high standard
·Excellent attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
·The ability to work efficiently in a busy workshop environment
·A positive and proactive attitude
·Strong teamwork and communication skills
·A willingness to continue developing your technical knowledge
·A full UK Driving Licence
An MOT Licence would be advantageous but is not essential.
