What you’ll do day to day

Inspect, assess, and repair damaged BMW and MINI alloy wheels, including cosmetic and diamond-cut repairs.

• Prepare, refurbish, colour match, and paint alloy wheels to a high-quality OEM-standard finish.

• Operate wheel repair equipment safely, including tyre fitting, TPMS handling, and wheel balancing.

• Ensure all work meets BMW/MINI quality standards while maintaining a safe, clean, and organised workspace.

Helpful skills and qualifications

• Previous experience as an Alloy Wheel Technician, Wheel Refurbishment Technician or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of alloy wheel repair and refurbishment processes.
• Experience working with a range of alloy wheel designs and finishes.
• Experience with diamond-cut alloy wheels would be highly advantageous.
• Good knowledge of wheels, tyres and TPMS systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good time-management and organisational skills.
• A strong work ethic and professional attitude.
• The ability to follow technical instructions and manufacturer specifications.
• A full UK driving licence would be advantageous.
